Bracelet - Palmette

A chain bracelet inspired by a gold choker of tightly twined wires, with a buckle decorated with incised palmette. This type of jewel was typical of the workshops of Constantinople, Smyrna, and other large cities of the Asia Minor. 18th-19th c.
