Ceramic replica of a female terracotta figurine with a birdlike face (mid-6th century BC), made according to the original ancient technique. The original comes from Boeotia (6th century BC). Widespread in 6th century BC Boeotia, flat figurines were similar to idols of worship and are usually identified with Demetra or Persephone.
