Paperweight - 1821

Paperweight with bronze decoration inspired by an “efodiastiko” document belonging to a members of “the Society of Friends” (Filiki Etaireia). This type of documents were required for the mutual recognition of the members (1820).

Created on the occasion of the Benaki Museum’s anniversary exhibition 1821 Before and After.
