Delivery & Returns

The Benaki Museum Shop ships internationally via ELTA Courier (Greek national post) and DHL (international orders) courier services. Our shipping department closes at 5 p.m. on weekdays and is closed on weekends and most major holidays.

 

Note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or PO/FPO.

 

In-store Pickup

 

You have the option to place your order online and pick it up from our central store (Koumbari 1 st. & Vas. Sofias Ave.), at no extra cost. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

 

Domestic orders

 

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of domestic orders, depending on the destination.

 

International orders

 

Delivery of international orders can take from 3-13 business days, depending on the destination.
 

Keep in mind that delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the country's postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time before releasing them for delivery. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable. The Benaki Museum Shop is not responsible for paying these charges.
 

Memberships

 

New memberships and their welcome packs will be shipped separately, free of charge, from the Benaki Museum’s Membership Department. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process Memberships.

 

To receive your Member discount online, login with the email associated with your membership. If you are having trouble logging in, you may want to reset your password. For any further information or assistance contact our Membership team at members@benaki.org.

 

Returns

 

We sincerely hope that you will enjoy your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Items must be returned in pristine condition with their original packaging, including boxes and receipt. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Note: Returns are not accepted for books purchased during the Benaki Museum annual Book Bazaar.

Returns, or any other changes, are not accepted in the Photo Prints category.

Refunds will be credited to the Debit or Credit Card used for the purchase of the order. Upon reception of the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is applicable and depending upon availability. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

 

If an item or product arrives faulty, please contact the Benaki Museum Shop immediately and we will assist you in resolving any problems.
