The catalogue accompanies the exhibition of the same name, held at the Benaki Museum of Greek Culture from May 19 to October 10, 2021. The painter "visits" the birthplace of the new Greek world through the streets of memory and through dialogue with the images of significant persons-images-concepts-symbols, primarly associated with 1821: Dionysios Solomos, Georgios Karaiskakis, the Glory of Psara, the Greek flag, the laurel.
