Handcrafted ceramic, replica of a shallow bowl from Paphos (13th century). The pale green glaze on the inside of the shallow bowl covers a finely incised female figure in the pose of a dancer, holding a kind of rattle in her hands, while a hatched disc fills the empty space on the dancer’s right. The shape of the bowl and the technique of its decoration classify it as belonging to a well-documented type of Medieval Cypriot pottery.
