Silver replica of a bird from Macedonia (late 8th century BC), which was used as a hanging object. Small bird figurines, a popular type of bronze objects in the Late Geometric period, are found in Macedonia among personal jewellery, as well as in Central and Southern Greece among the dedicatory offerings in sanctuaries.
