Votive offering of a sailing boat

This is a hand-made silver tama (votive offering) cut in the shape of a double-mast sailing ship, with the Greek flag waving on the back mast.

Workshop hand-made votive offerings representing boats, often known as “silverboats”, are characterized by their elaborate form and the high quality of the metal used.
