Silk scarf reproducing part of the first city plan for the city of Athens, designed by civil architects Stamatios Kleanthis and Eduard Schaubert and approved by Royal Decree on 7/19 October 1833.
In January 1831 the two architects visited Governor Ioannis Kapodistrias at the Acropolis, probably to discuss the city plan of Athens, which they were officially instructed to design in May 1832.
