Kantharos

Replica of a clay kantharos from a Boeotian workshop, with representation of a male figure striking a bird. Considered to have been made in a workshop in the region of Koroneia that flourished alongside the sanctuary of Athena Itonia. 575-550 BC Donated by Peggy Zoumboulaki, in memory of her husband Tasos Zoumboulakis.
