The publication, accompanying the exhibition of the same name which was held at the Benaki Museum (June-August 2010), is dedicated to Zizi Makri (b. 1924); a major figure in engraving, mosaic and tapestry-making, a contemporary artist traveller, with works inspired from her journeys in China in 1956.
