Brooch inspired by Opy Zouni's work

Created by Marianna Lourba. The idea of making jewellery out of varied characteristic shapes from the work of Opy Zouni grew slowly, following an exchange of views with the artist and her encouragement. 

Isolating the first particular shapes in the form she had given them, she realized they had great tension, even though they stood independently. In this manner, the jewellery conveys the creations of Opy Zouni from the 70s till today.
